The Noble Wife is Love in Christ

God's Word: God is Love…1 John 4:16

Wisdom Shared: 

“The Lord bless you, my daughter… you are a woman of noble character.”Ruth 3:10;11 

I do not claim to expert on any particular subject especially marriage ... but I am faithful to share those encouragements

from the word of God as I am prompted by the Holy Spirit.  I do have an understanding of what not to do.  Looking back at my life in marriage; I can share that making all about me was the biggest down fall, and destruction and eventual demise in the relationship. Men and woman have different needs... they think differently but truthfully we have different roles, different gifts, talents and abilities gifted to us by God.  So projecting our vision of what marriage looks like can lead to path of great miscommunication, disappointments and discouragements.  Working to change our spouse not necessarily a good thing... Working to grow and mature inwardly through Christ that give us wisdom and strength an excellent thing.  Looking for perfection is not going to bring joy.  Instead, seeking to perform in excellence brings forth success.   

The common denominator respect through love.

When I think of godly women of excellence I think of women in the word, today Ruth comes to mind. It’s not about being excellent it’s more about living through Christ in relationship with him striving for excellence daily.  Proverbs 31 speaks of a woman of noble character striving to serve her husband and family in excellence…  Without Christ we can do no good thing- [John 15] Seek to be that woman of excellence…Desire to be that woman of noble character that is praised by her husband.

Pal states the most excellent way-Is Love…

And now I will show you the most excellent way.1 Corinthians 12:31b The Proverbs state; A kindhearted woman gains respect Proverbs 11:16 -Yes my sisters it is true, it is the kindhearted that gains respect, and that describe who you are and strive to be daily.  That is a very noble attribute, I have been pondering love, kindness, patience and he is showing me through the godly women of excellence in my life. 

I share with you sisters you are the precious daughter of the most High Priest, Jesus Christ! I share these precious verses with you because you are  women of noble character and are seeking to be a blessing to each life you touch in the most excellent way….

There is no fear in love!In this way, love is made complete among us so that we will have confidence on the day of judgment, because in this world we are like him. There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.  We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:17-19
So the most excellent way is Love-
Let us put these things into practice:

Think of these things; whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.   Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice.   And the God of peace will be with you. [Philippians 4:8;9]  Beautiful sisters, the encouragement: Ponder these things bring them to the forefront of you marriage; your relationships and in loving those whom are difficult to love.  That is a daily challenge that instills in us mercy and grace… It is only by the grace of God that we are made righteous, it is righteous through His love for us that took place on Calvary… Great is His love for us… Thank you Lord!

Prayer:
Heavenly Father, Show us the way to love in truth through the power of your word and the power of the cross in us.  Thank you for giving us Christ the great prince of peace to intercede on our behalf making us righteous by his blood shed on Calvary. In Jesus name we pray…Amen!
