Wisdom Shared:I am currently reading through the Bible in one year, and each year there is revelation I am reading through the book of Exodus; the final plague before the children of Israel were released from the Pharaoh ... there is illumination and I look forward to restoration in order to be effective in the good fight for the faith. Each year the message of God stands out from the page, it not just to go through the paces of putting a check mark on my journey of faith in Christianity. It is more about an attitude, a vision, a plan to grow in wisdom, to grow in maturity to hear the voice of God through the power of the Holy Spirit within. Looking forward to the next divine appointment. Being joyful, in a continual prayerful mindset, with an attitude of gratitude giving thanks in all circumstances. These are commands written to direct our hearts and lives. These are directives that brings forth positive results. This area of scripture has always ignited within me personally an attitude of self examination. It is in these exhortations that reveals our true trust in the Mighty Father ...
God is in Control:It is when I am down walking through a difficult time that this area of scripture brings an awareness that I am not in in control ... I need to trust with every part of my existence without resistance God is in control, of every good and perfect thing - along with every bad and difficult hardship. I have cried an ocean of tears ... and lived in fear not moving forward. Today is a good day because I am trusting in in the words of God, following the Holy Spirit commands and directive; Warn the idle ... always keeping in mind to do this with gentleness and respect, watching ourselves, because we too can fall into the same temptation. IE: Consider this, have you ever come down on someone in a particular circumstance only to move forward in the future to find yourself in the same position at some point, not handling the situation in a positive manner? ... Without the power of Christ in us ... being directed by the power of Holy Spirit dwelling within us these life issues are more devastating causing us deviation from the call of faith to act accordingly in the full measure of faith that has been gifted to us. Beloved, God the Father is not seeking perfection... He is wanting us to be fully reliant on HIM! Not fully reliant on self... God is calling on us to warn the idle in love, gentleness and in true respect. But more importantly if we put these commands into practice we are equipped to act in grace, wisdom, compassion and empathy through love that binds it all together. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance,In Christ Love,Jennifer PettifordLove-Excellently~
