God’s Word … the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. Romans 8:26

The word of God states that the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness when we have difficulty praying – that my sisters brings us the hope that never disappoints; The God of hope fills us with all joy and peace as we trust in him, so that we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. The word of God is also a great tool to use to pray in those times of weakness. Colossians Chapter 1 Thanksgiving and Prayer is a powerful prayer that is appropriate for any circumstance. Stand firm on the word that increases our faith and the enemy will flee- Perfect Picture is Jesus in the desert: Matthew Chapter 4

Thanksgiving and Prayer :
Heavenly Father,

We always thank you God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for the saints, 4because we have heard of their faith in Christ Jesus and of the love they have for all the saints— 5the faith and love that spring from the hope that is stored up for us in heaven and that they have already heard about in the word of truth, the gospel that has come to each of your daughters. All over the world this gospel is bearing fruit and growing, just as it has been doing among your daughters since the day they heard it and understood God’s grace in all its truth. For this reason, since the day we heard about your daughters and their faith, we will continue praying for them and asking you God to fill your daughters with the knowledge of your will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding. And we pray this in order that your daughters may live a life worthy of you Lord and may please you Father in every way: bearing fruit in every good work, growing in the knowledge of God, being strengthened with all power according to your glorious might so that we may have great endurance and patience, and joyfully giving thanks to you Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. For you Father have rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son you love, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. We thank you Father for the gift of Christ and the gift of eternal life. In Jesus name we pray…Amen!
