God’s Word on Love
Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. 1Corinthians 13:4-8



Encouragement Shared:
For the start of the New Year we are going to take a journey through faith in God’s Love. We are going to walk by faith and learn to love the most excellent way as Paul encourages us to do. It is through the power of Christ in us that we can love. It is the greatest gift that we have to offer one another is to love one another deeply. 1John 4:16-19 states …God is Love.

God is Love:
And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.
God is Perfect Love:
Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us.

We are made complete through God’s perfect love through Christ in us.
